Dotty Cotton was created by the team behind Striped Circle Printworks.

A sister brand with the same values, same obsession with quality and, of course, the same ridiculous sense of humour.

For years, customers at Striped Circle asked us the same question: "Do you do this on a t-shirt?"

Our answer, for a long time, was no. Not because we didn't want to - but because we weren't prepared to put our name on something ordinary.

When you're obsessive about print quality, you notice very quickly that most graphic apparel is built to a price, not to a standard. Thin cotton, colours that fade, a fit that looks fine on the hanger and questionable on an actual human body.

We'd spent years getting Striped Circle's print quality right. We weren't about to undo that reputation with a mediocre tee.

So we waited until we could do it properly.
