By placing an order with Dotty Cotton, you agree to the following terms. We've written them in plain English because we think that's how terms of service should work.

Who we are
Dotty Cotton is a trading name of Dotty Cotton Limited, registered in England and Wales. Our registered address is Unit 2 Fairview Court, 119-127 Fairview Road, Cheltenham GL52 2EX.

Ordering
When you place an order, you're making an offer to purchase. We accept your offer when we send your order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel orders in exceptional circumstances — if this happens, we'll contact you immediately and issue a full refund.

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. Clothing is zero-rated for VAT in the UK, so the price you see is the price you pay.

Made to order
Every Dotty Cotton order is hand-prepared, in the UK, specifically for you. We begin production shortly after your order is placed, which is why we ask you to check sizing carefully before ordering. This doesn't affect your statutory rights to return unworn items — see our Returns Policy.

Intellectual property
All designs, artwork, copy and branding on dottycotton.com are the property of  Dotty Cotton Limited or Striped Circle Limited or are used under licence. You may not reproduce, copy or use any content from our site without our written permission. We get really quite cross about this.

Accuracy of information
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images and sizing information are accurate. Colours may vary slightly between screens and the printed garment — this is normal and not a reason for return unless the variation is significant or you just don't like the colour

Limitation of liability
Our liability to you is limited to the value of your order. We are not liable for indirect losses, business losses or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website.

Governing law
These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
