Shipping policy

Every Dotty Cotton order is prepared for you when you place your order. Good things take a little time to get ready — but not very long.

Production time
Orders are typically printed and dispatched within 2–5 business days of your order being placed. During busy periods (Christmas, Father's Day, Valentine's Day) this may be slightly longer — we'll let you know if there's any delay.

UK delivery
Standard delivery: FREE on every order, no minimum spend. Estimated delivery 2–4 business days after dispatch.

We dispatch from our UK studio, so there are no customs delays or international complications for UK orders.

International delivery
We currently DO NOT SHIP internationally - although this is something that we are working on...

Tracking
You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. If you haven't received this within 5 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder first — then email us at info@dottycotton.com.

Something gone wrong?
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, or if it arrives damaged, please email us at info@dottycotton.com with your order number. We'll investigate immediately and make it right.
